Hunting takes place at a number of locations throughout Namibia, from the arid south to the bushveld of the north. Bear in mind that different species favour differing habitats - our aim is to direct you to a location that will meet with your expectations and requirements.

There are a number of factors that are important when planning your hunting trip. The primary concern is the availability and abundance of game. Population densities vary throughout the country, which is why you should discuss your trip in detail before making any firm arrangements. Another factor is the standard of accommodation, which may be a simple tented camp up to a luxury lodge with liveried staff. Traveling time may be important - some of the more remote areas may mean a 6 hour or more drive. We can arrange a light aircraft if desired, as landing strips are available in most regions.

Our professional hunters are highly regarded and are all members of NAPHA. Ethical hunting is practised at all times in accordance with the NAPHA Code of Conduct.

Rifle hire is available at a nominal charge. Hunters will be required to zero rifles on arrival and should be able to shoot to an acceptable standard. A minimum of .30 calibre is recommended for plains game. Please note that handgun hunting is not allowed in Namibia. We can arrange bow hunting at a location reserved only for this form of the sport, but all our venues can cater for the bow hunter.
